Samsung

We are located at Bardoli 2, and while the sign says Samsung, we are really just a local team handling electronics for the people nearby. It’s a decent-sized shop where we keep the latest phones and some televisions on display. We spend most of our day explaining how the new features work to people who might not be very tech-savvy. It’s not always easy keeping up with the new models that come out every few months, but we do what we can. The back room is where we keep the items waiting for repair, and it usually has a few laptops and tablets opened up on the workbench. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to customers. We just tell them what we think about a product and if it’s worth the money. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but it keeps the place cool enough. We’ve been at this Bardoli 2 spot for several years now, so we know many of the regulars who come in just to see what’s new. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes because there’s always something new to learn. We don't have any big goals other than keeping the shop running and making sure people get their devices fixed. It’s a steady pace and we’re happy with how things are going in our small corner of town.
