Sai Telecom

Sai Telecom is a small place located in Begampura. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a regular shopfront on a busy street. We spend our days here talking to customers and trying to keep everything in order. The space is narrow so we have to be careful not to trip over the boxes. We handle a lot of recharges and small repairs. Begampura is a lively area and there’s always something happening outside the door. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for news. Most of our customers live nearby so we see the same people every week. It feels more like a community hub than just a store. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a pen and a ledger. Sometimes the ledger gets a bit messy but we know where everything is. The shop gets hot in the summer because the sun hits the front window directly. We just put up a small curtain and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just a reliable place for the people in Begampura. It's a simple life and we stay busy enough to keep the doors open. We focus on getting the small things right for everyone who walks in. It isn't always perfect, but we try to do our best with what we have here.
