Sai Physiotherapy & Fitness Clinic is located at 107 in the Gujarat Shopping center. We are right at the Char Rasta in Amroli. Being at a four-way crossroad means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. The Gujarat Shopping area is a local hub, so there are always people around doing their errands. Our clinic is a mix of a few things. We have the space for physiotherapy and also some area for fitness. It’s not a giant warehouse gym, just a regular-sized shop where we’ve put in some equipment. Amroli is a growing area, and we get a lot of people from the surrounding blocks. The Char Rasta is a busy landmark, making it easy for people to give directions to us. Inside, it’s usually humming with the sound of people working out or talking. We don't use any complicated jargon. We just tell people what they need to do to feel better. The clinic is simple, with plain walls and enough light to see what we are doing. We’ve been at 107 for a bit now and we like the vibe of the shopping center. You can grab what you need from the other shops and then come see us. It’s convenient for the folks living around here. We just try to keep things steady and help out whoever walks through the door at Char Rasta, whether they need a stretch or some exercise advice.
