We have been in this part of Surat for a long time, working in the silk mill business. The area is always crowded with trucks and workers, which is just how life is in the GIDC. Our mill isn't some high-tech glass building; it is a practical space built for production. We focus on getting the silk work done right. Most of the guys here know the machines inside out because they have been working with them for years. It gets hot inside during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We handle everything from the raw material to the finished product. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that is part of the job. People know where to find us if they want to talk business. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just stick to our schedules and try to get the orders out on time.
