Rushi Vihaar Associates

Rushi Vihaar Associates has its office on Bhatar Road, specifically in the Pirkamal Road Township area. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and property stuff that people find confusing. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and talking to folks who come in looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell a bit of land. The office is small, just enough room for a few chairs and a lot of files. We have stacks of maps and documents everywhere. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right one, but we get there. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands because we’ve lived in this township for years. People stop by just to chat about how the neighborhood is changing or to ask about the new shops opening up. We don't use any fancy software to do our work; it’s mostly just phone calls and walking over to the government offices when things need to be signed. It can be frustrating when the lines are long, but that’s just part of the day. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a deal is going to take a month, we tell people it will take a month. We just try to keep things moving along for everyone involved.
