Ruchi Sales & Serviece

We are located at A/7 in the Alaknanda Society, right along Rander Road. It’s a busy street, but once you pull into the society, it gets a little bit more relaxed. Ruchi Sales & Serviece has been our life for a long time. People often get our name confused with other shops, but we are the ones near the residential blocks. We spend most of our time either behind the counter or out back working on repairs. It’s a sales and service spot, so things are always breaking or needing to be replaced. We see a lot of the same faces coming back because they live nearby. We don’t have a massive warehouse, just the space we need to keep the parts and the items we sell. The office part of it is pretty small and usually has some papers piled up. We aren't big on filing systems, but we know where everything is. It's a local shop feel where we know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we’re busy fixing something and the phone just keeps ringing, but we get to it when we can. We like being on Rander Road because it’s easy for people to find us. We don’t put on any airs here. We just work, talk to the customers, and go home at the end of the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. Most days are good, even if they are a bit tiring.
