Royal Home Textiles

We have a few different plots here, specifically numbers 90 through 93 and also 165, out in the Surat Special Economic Zone. It might sound like a huge operation because of the multiple plots, but it is mostly just warehouse and production space for our textiles. We are located on Road Number 3 in the Gidc area of Sachin. It is a very industrial part of the world and there are trucks coming and going at all hours of the day and night. We handle a lot of home textiles, mostly things like bedsheets, pillow covers, and curtains. Since we are located inside the special zone, there are quite a few rules we have to follow, but we have gotten used to the paperwork by now. The office is just a small corner of the main building with some old metal desks and filing cabinets. We spend way more time on the production floor checking the fabric quality than we do sitting behind a computer screen. The heat in Surat can be quite intense, especially during the summer months. We have several big industrial fans to keep the air moving so the workers stay comfortable. We have quite a few people working here now, and many of them come from the small villages around Sachin. We try to stay as organized as we can, but with so many different plots, someone is always running from one building to another to check on an order.
