Roof And Land

We've been at 403 City Light Road for a while now. Most people know us from the Pushpak Apartment building. It's a busy spot but we like it here. We focus on roofs and land stuff, just handling things as they come in. It isn't a fancy office with big signs or anything. Just a regular place where we get the work done. My brother and I started Roof And Land because we knew the area well. We saw how much City Light Road was changing over the years. We deal with property and roofing needs for the folks around here. Sometimes it gets hectic, especially when the weather turns, but we manage. You can usually find one of us here most mornings. We don't spend much on ads or fancy websites. Most people just walk in or call because they saw the name on the door at Pushpak Apartment. It's a straightforward setup. We keep track of the paperwork and make sure the land details are right. If someone needs help with their roof, we look into it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do right by the people who come to see us. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure things run okay day to day. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go from this part of town. Being at City Light Road keeps us right in the middle of everything happening locally. We just take things as they come and try to keep our neighbors happy with the land work we do.
