I am Rizwan Makda and I run my operations from 7/894 here in Surat. My place is right opposite the Lala Flour Mill, which is a big landmark for everyone in this part of town. You can smell the grain being ground sometimes if the wind blows the right way. It’s a busy street with people coming and going all day long. I’ve stayed at this location because it’s where my family has roots. The office is small and tucked away. It's got an old wooden door that creaks a bit. I don't use much technology besides my phone and an old laptop. Most of my work involves meeting people face to face. If you stop by, you'll probably see me sitting at the front desk. Surat is a fast-moving city, but in this lane, things feel a little more traditional. I keep things simple. No fancy furniture or air conditioning that freezes you out. Just a fan and some chairs for guests. People stop in to ask questions or settle accounts. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep it as clean as we can. I’ve known the owner of the flour mill for years. This is a good spot for a small business like mine. I don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but most people don't mind the walk once they get here.
