Smt G N Pandya Commerce College

Our college is located in the Bhestan area of Surat, right in the Sai Mohan Society on Bhestan Budiya Road. It is a commerce college, so we spend our days dealing with numbers, accounting, and business theories. The building has been here for a good while and it has that lived-in feel you get with older schools. We have a lot of students from the local neighborhoods who walk or take the bus to get here every morning. It can get pretty crowded in the hallways between lectures, but that is just how it goes in a busy college. We have a team of teachers who have been with us through many academic years, so they know the ropes pretty well. The facilities are basic but they serve the purpose for what our students need to pass their exams and learn the trade. We don't really do the big marketing things you see elsewhere. Most people hear about us through word of mouth in Surat. Sometimes the fans in the classrooms are a bit noisy and the desks have some scratches, but the learning still happens every day. We just focus on getting the syllabus finished and helping the kids get their degrees so they can start their careers. It is an honest, hardworking place where we just take things one semester at a time without any extra fuss or complication for the staff or students.
