Government Medical College

Government Medical College is situated just outside Majura Gate, which is a very busy intersection here. Because it’s a government facility, there is always a lot of activity, with people coming from all over the region for various reasons. The hallways are long and have that specific smell of cleaning supplies and medicine that you find in any hospital or medical school. Students are usually seen rushing around with their bags, often looking a bit tired because the hours are quite long. We have large lecture halls where the wooden seats have been smoothed out by years of use. The labs are filled with various charts, models, and equipment that the students use for their practical work. It’s not a quiet place by any means; there’s always the hum of the city outside and the sound of many people talking in the corridors. We don't have much in the way of luxury, as the focus is entirely on the work at hand. The faculty members are usually busy with their own departments, and the administrative offices are always stacked with files and papers. It’s a place that feels very real and functional. Everyone here has a job to do, and we just try to keep the wheels turning as best as we can in this crowded corner of the city. There isn't any extra fluff here, just the daily grind.
