Renny Mobile

Renny Mobile is located right at the corner of Varachha Road and Ramol Road. It’s a busy spot, and the dust from the road never really settles. I spend my time putting on tempered glass protectors and trying to get bubbles out from under the plastic. The shop is small, so I have to be careful about where I put my boxes of chargers and cables. I have a small workbench in the corner where I do the soldering and screen replacements. Sometimes the power goes out and I have to use a battery-powered light to finish what I’m doing. Customers are always in a rush here because of the traffic outside, so I try to work as fast as I can. I have a few stools for people, but most just stand and watch me work. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down, and the smell of ginger tea usually wafts in around ten in the morning. I keep a calendar on the wall to track the repairs, but mostly I just remember who owns which phone. The floor is a bit uneven, and the front door squeaks when it opens, but it’s been like that for years. I don’t mind the noise of the street; it makes the day go by faster than if it were quiet.
