Renedobe Properties Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Ansa Industrial Estate. You can find us at G 7 in the Adajan Dn section, right on Saki Vihar Road in Sakinaka. It’s a pretty busy part of the city with lots of trucks and people moving around all day. Our office is in Mahalaxmi Square, which is a landmark most locals recognize. We started this because we knew the industrial side of the city quite well. People are always looking for spaces around here, whether it’s for a small business or just a place to store things. It’s not the quietest office, given the location, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking through the different blocks in the estate. Most days start early before the heat gets too bad. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just know the buildings on Saki Vihar Road inside and out. If someone needs a spot, we probably know who is moving out or which floor has a vacancy. It's practical work. We don't use any fancy software to track things, just our notebooks and memory of who owns what. Sometimes the rain makes getting to the square a bit of a mess, but we are always here. It’s a grounded business. We talk to factory owners and workers every single day. That's just how it is for us in Sakinaka.
