Ratna Mobiles

Ratna Mobiles has been part of Khatodara 36 for a good while. We’re tucked away here, and it stays pretty consistent. Most days involve handling a lot of screen guards and looking at batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. The area around Khatodara 36 has changed a bit, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It's not a big corporate place, just a regular store with stuff piled up on the counters. I spend a lot of time behind the small desk at the back. It’s where I do most of the work. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. Customers come in from the neighborhood, usually people we’ve seen before. It feels more like a community spot than a big business. We have some stools for people to wait on, though they aren’t the most comfortable things in the world. We don't really do big ads or anything. People just know we are here in Khatodara. Sometimes it’s quiet enough to read the paper, other times three people walk in at once and it gets a bit hectic. We try to keep the glass cases clean but fingerprints always find a way back on them. It’s just the daily routine here at Khatodara 36. We keep the doors open even when it’s hot outside to let some air move through. It’s a decent place to spend the day working. We don't have a fancy computer system, just some old ledgers we use to track the repairs and the sales. It keeps things simple for us.
