Rashmiwala Warp & Weft Private Limited

We've been at Plot No. Z-1D for a bit now. It's in the DIAM area of Sachin, Surat. Most people know this part of Gujarat for the cloth work, and that's exactly what we do here at Rashmiwala Warp & Weft Private Limited. It’s a busy spot. The looms run and we just keep at it every day. The ground floor gets a bit dusty, but that's part of the job when you're working with threads. We're not doing anything fancy, just standard textile work. It's mostly locals here. If you come by the Sachin area, you’ll see plenty of places like ours, but we try to keep our heads down and get the orders out. Sometimes the machines act up or the power fluctuates, which is just how things go in an industrial area. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just our workspace. It gets loud. Most of us have lived in Surat for years, so we’re used to the pace. It’s a decent place to work, honestly. We don’t really have a big story to tell. We just show up at the plot, check the warp and the weft, and make sure the production keeps moving along. The walk from the main road isn't too long. We share the space with other units. It's a lot of manual work, moving rolls around and checking the tension on the machines. We just focus on the day's tasks and try to stay on top of things as best as we can.
