Rajmandir Architects & Engineer

We are located at the Surat Patel Bhuvan near the Maninagar Cross Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is never a dull moment when you look out the window. Rajmandir Architects & Engineer is a place where we do a bit of everything. We have the engineering side and the architectural side, so the office is always split between structural calculations and aesthetic drawings. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We have shelves full of local building codes and thick binders of previous projects. The air conditioner hums in the corner and we usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the honking from the crossroad. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable shoes because we spend half our time walking through mud or climbing over half-finished walls. Our desks are cluttered with calculators, pens, and those yellow measuring tapes that always seem to retract too fast. We work with a lot of local builders around Maninagar and the rest of Surat. It’s a lot of work making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes there are mistakes on a drawing that we have to fix quickly before the concrete is poured. We just deal with things as they come and try to keep the projects moving forward without too many hiccups. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the puzzles that come with every new plot of land.
