Modern Architect

Modern Architect is over at number 107, right where Varachha Road and Shahi Bagh Road meet. It is a busy intersection, so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a few computers and some old desks where we sit and work on our designs. We have been in this spot for some years now and we like being part of the local scene. We don't have any big sales pitches or shiny brochures to hand out. When someone comes in, we just sit down and talk about what they need for their building. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we get stuck on a difficult layout for a few days. We don't pretend to have all the answers right away. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just take our time to work through them one by one. One day we might be working on a small shop and the next day it could be a house for a family. We stay busy enough with the people from around here. It is not always a smooth process and there are often delays or things we have to fix, but that is just part of being an architect. We just keep showing up at 107 and doing the work that needs to be done. We are just a few people trying to make spaces that work for the folks in this town.
