We've been at the Shiv Complex in Gayatri Nagar Society for a while now. It’s right near Choryashi Dairy, so there's always activity around the Parvat Patia area. Most days here start with rolling out big paper drawings and checking emails about site visits. We spend a lot of time on Parvat Gam Road. Architecture isn't always glamorous; it's mostly worrying about measurements and making sure the lines match up on the screen. People drop by the office sometimes just to ask about basic stuff. It's a small place, number 103. The fans run all day because Surat gets pretty hot. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the table gets covered in samples and pens. It’s just how it goes when you’re trying to figure out how a room should look. Sometimes we talk to the builders, other times we are just staring at the computer for hours. It’s quiet enough for work but you can hear the street noise from outside. Usually, we're just focused on getting the next set of plans done for whoever needs them. Nothing fancy. Just a bunch of people drawing things and hoping the construction goes smooth. Being in Surat means we see a lot of different types of houses being built. We just do our part in that whole process from our little spot in the complex. It works for us and keeps the days interesting.
