You can find Raj Developers at 31/ Vijayraj Raw-house. We are situated right on the Singanpur Causeway Road, not too far from the Singanpur Char Rasta and Ved Road area. It’s a busy part of town, and our office is basically a converted row-house. This gives it a bit more of a personal feel than those big office blocks. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. The Causeway Road gets a lot of traffic, especially during rush hour, so there’s always a bit of life outside the window. We mostly spend our days here talking to people about their housing needs and looking over blueprints. It’s a local setup, so we know the neighbors and the general vibe of the Singanpur area pretty well. Having the office near the Char Rasta makes it easy to explain to people where we are located. Most folks just look for the row-house number. We aren't into big marketing displays or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and close up in the evening. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the location because it’s close to the community we serve. If you’re ever near Ved Road, you’re basically around the corner from us. It’s just a simple office for a group of people trying to get things built right. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have our fans and keep going.
