We are based in the Rachna Building, which is over in the Nanpura area of Surat. The building is near Asha Furniture, and we are right across from Marwadi Street. It is a very old and established part of the city, specifically in Timaliyawad. The building belongs to us, and we use the space specifically for our career education classes. It is not a modern glass-and-steel structure; it is a more traditional building with a lot of history. Inside, the rooms are quite plain. We have rows of desks and plenty of chairs for the students who come in for training. There are not any fancy coffee machines or plush chairs here. It is a very practical environment meant for learning. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have whiteboards in every room. Since we are near a busy street, you can often hear the sounds of the local market and the traffic outside. We have been here for a long time, so we know most of the shop owners and neighbors. Our routine is pretty much the same every day—open the doors, set up the rooms, and get to the teaching. We do not use any fancy management software; it is mostly just notebooks and manual schedules. It is a bit of an older way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who come here. We just provide a straightforward place to study without any unnecessary distractions.
