Down here in Naganathapura, near the New Central Jail Road, our little spot R K Telecom sits right in Manjunatha Nagar. It's a busy part of the Bhagal area. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to work or heading home. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have what most people need for their phones. Sometimes the network around here gets a bit spotty, so people come in asking about new SIM cards or just looking for a better charger. We have a few shelves with covers and those glass screen protectors that everyone seems to need. I started this place because I noticed there weren't many shops nearby that handled quick repairs. If your charging port is acting up or your screen is shattered, we can usually take a look. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, so I spend half my morning just wiping down the counters. We aren't a big chain or anything. It's just us at number 11. Most of the regulars live right in the neighborhood and stop by just to chat sometimes while we work on a device. It’s a decent living. We try to be fair and just get the job done so you can go about your day. It’s better than traveling all the way to the city center for a small fix. There is no need for anything fancy when a simple repair shop does the trick for the folks around here.
