We've been at the Sirur Park Junction for a while now. Most folks around Udhna Southend Road know where the shop is. It isn't a huge place, just a regular counter with some chairs for people waiting on their phones. We deal with all sorts of mobile issues. Screens crack, batteries die, or sometimes the software just acts up for no reason. People drop by after work usually. It gets busy around 6 PM. We try to look at things right away if it's something small. Sometimes parts take a day or two to get here, but that’s just how it goes. My cousin helps out behind the desk when I have to run errands. We keep a stock of chargers and screen guards too because people are always losing those. The building at number 36 is easy to spot once you get to the junction. It's nothing fancy inside, just some glass cases and tools. We don't really do big ads. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or a friend told them we could fix their speaker. It’s a quiet enough area during the day, but the traffic picks up later. We try to keep the place tidy but there’s always bits of wire or packaging around. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the corner near the park. We’re usually here until late evening unless it’s a holiday. It’s just a small local shop trying to help people stay connected without much fuss.
