We are located in the Sachin Global Compound, specifically at units 73 and 74. This is a big industrial zone, so it is mostly warehouses and factories around us. We work with different chemicals and biological products. It is not the kind of place where people just wander in off the street. Most of our day is spent in the lab or the storage area checking on things. We have to wear specific gear sometimes, like gloves and masks, depending on what we are mixing or moving. It is a lot of following instructions and making sure the bottles are labeled right. The compound is busy with trucks coming in to pick up orders. We have a small office area where we handle the orders and talk to the drivers. It can get pretty hot in the summer because of the metal roofs on these buildings. We usually have a fan going, but it only does so much when the sun is high. We aren't a big flashy company with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We have a few guys who have worked here for years and they know the routine by heart. It is steady work, and we just focus on making sure the batches come out the way they should before they get loaded onto the trucks.
