Our business is based in Timliyawad, specifically in the Nanpura area. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’re located at 1/249. If you know Nanpura, you know it’s got a lot of narrow streets and plenty of activity. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a bit of an older structure, but it’s sturdy and has served us well. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just office space and storage for our pharmaceutical products. The mornings are usually the busiest when the deliveries come in and we have to get everything sorted. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, but we’ve learned how to use the space efficiently. There are plenty of local shops nearby, so there’s always someone popping in for a chat or to ask for directions. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media team. Our reputation mostly comes from being in the same spot for years and just doing what we say we’re going to do. The neighborhood has a lot of character. You hear the sounds of the city all day, from the rickshaws to the local vendors. It’s a lively place to work, and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We often grab tea from the stall at the corner while we're waiting for the late afternoon orders to clear out. It's just a normal way to work.
