Working down at 38 Budia Crawford Market is something else. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets, especially on the ground floor where Amar Pharma is. We are right near Rukshmani, which helps people find us among all the other shops packed together. It’s mostly boxes and shelves stacked high around here. Sometimes it feels like there isn’t enough room to move, but we know where everything is kept. Most days are just a blur of checking lists and handing over packages. We don’t have much time for small talk when the market is at its peak, but we try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for something specific. The air in the market is always thick with different smells and the sound of carts being pushed over the uneven floor. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by sight. It’s a bit dusty, and the lights flicker sometimes, but we get the job done. We aren't trying to be anything other than a shop in the market. Some people stay for years, others just pass through.
