Prizam Estate

Prizam Estate is situated over at Narmada Apartment in the Parle Point area. It’s a familiar spot for a lot of people around here. Parle Point is always active. Our office is right inside the apartment complex. It’s not a flashy storefront, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We handle a lot of different things related to property from this desk. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when people are coming and going. Narmada Apartment has been here for a while, so most locals know exactly where it is. We have a small space with enough room for our files and a computer. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. It’s mostly just shelves and stacks of paper. We find that being in a residential-style building like Narmada Apartment keeps things grounded. We see the same faces every day. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. Usually, we are here from the morning until the sun goes down. Parle Point is a good central location for us. We don't have to travel far to get what we need. It's a straightforward setup. Just a desk, a phone, and a lot of lists to look through. That’s how we operate.
