Priyanshu Infracon Llp is tucked away on the third floor of Gayatri Chambers. We are right opposite the Surat People's Co-op Bank, which is a big landmark around here on Katargam Main Road. If you’ve ever driven through Katargam, you know the roads are always packed with scooters and trucks. It’s a loud area, but it keeps us on our toes. The office isn't anything too special, just a place for us to handle the infrastructure side of things. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to vendors on the phone. Sometimes the tea man downstairs brings up a tray when we have a long afternoon ahead. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is mostly just watching the traffic jam. We’ve been part of the Surat business scene for a bit now. It’s a lot of hard work and not a lot of sitting around. Most of the guys are out in the field half the time anyway. When we are all in the office at once, it gets a bit crowded, but we make it work. Katargam Main Road has a lot of energy, and we like being right in the thick of it. There’s no big secret to what we do, we just show up and handle the daily tasks that come with being an infracon firm in a city that’s growing this fast.
