Pramukh Mobile

Our shop is at Chalthan C-36, right in the middle of everything. Pramukh Mobile has been here for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of phones come and go. It’s a small space, so we have to use every inch of the walls to hang up cases and chargers. We spend a lot of our time hunched over a tiny desk with a magnifying glass, trying to fix screens or charging ports that stopped working. It can be frustrating when the parts are small, but we’re used to it. People from all over Chalthan come in when they drop their phones or when they just need a new screen protector put on. We try to keep things simple and don't use a lot of tech talk with people. If a phone is broken, we tell them if it can be fixed or if it’s time for a new one. The shop can get crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work, and sometimes there isn't even room to stand inside. We don't have a website or anything, just the shop door and a sign out front. It’s a noisy spot because of the traffic on the main road, but we like being where the action is. Every day is different because you never know what kind of problem someone is going to bring through the door. We just keep working until the lights go off.
