Down in Surat, over in Bhagwati Nagar, you’ll find our office at number 119. Prachi Buildcon Llp is really just a group of us who know our way around a construction site. Udhana is a busy part of the city, and there is always something being built or fixed nearby. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and making sure the supplies actually show up when the truck driver says they will. It’s common for things to be a bit messy in this line of work. There is usually some sand or gravel stuck to our boots by the end of the day. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished company from a magazine. We’re more about making sure the foundations are poured right and the walls are level. Our office is a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of the next project. Surat is growing so fast that there is always a new project starting somewhere, which keeps us pretty busy. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we eventually get through it. We prefer being out where the actual building happens though. It feels better to see something actually get built from the ground up. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the work gets finished and the bills get paid. It’s not fancy, but it is what we do to earn a living.
