Poonam Reality Developers Llp is located over at Parle Point. You can find our office in units U 10 and 11 inside the Megh Mayur Plaza. It is right across from Jani Farsan, so there is always a good smell of snacks floating around the hallway. We have been working out of this particular spot for quite a while now. It is a busy part of Surat, and we see all kinds of people coming and going throughout the day. We handle different types of development projects. Mostly, our days are spent making sure the builds are moving along and that all the local paperwork is in order. It gets pretty hectic sometimes when we have several different things happening at once. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the local market well. Parle Point is a central spot, which really helps with meetings. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw our sign while they were getting food across the street. We do our best to keep things simple for everyone. Real estate and development have a lot of moving parts, and we just try to keep track of it all without getting too stressed out. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get the work done and talk to clients. We deal with lots of different people every day. Every project has its own set of problems, but we just take them as they come.
