PEARLWALLS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Pearlwalls Construction Private Limited. Our office is tucked away in Rander, specifically at 36 Khodiyar Nagar. If you know where Piperdiwala School is, we are right opposite that. It’s a busy spot in Surat. We do construction work, mostly small to medium projects around the neighborhood. It’s hard work, getting out there on the sites every day. The dust and the heat can be a lot, but we are used to it by now. We started this company because we saw how much Rander was changing. New houses are going up everywhere. We aren’t some massive firm with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small team of us trying to build things that stay standing. Sometimes we struggle with getting the materials on time, especially when traffic in Surat gets bad. But we manage. We handle the bricks, the cement, and the labor. Most of the time, I’m at the site rather than the office. My desk is usually covered in drawings and receipts. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing team. Most people just find us by walking past the office or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the walls we build and hope they do the job. That’s about it for us here in Khodiyar Nagar. We just keep our heads down and work.
