Patel Enterprises is run right out of House No-26 in the Santvan Raw House complex. If you know where the CNG pump is in Pal Ardajand, we are tucked away just behind that. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a nice change of pace from the busier parts of town. We started this business because it just made sense at the time to work from this location. Over the years, we’ve used the space to manage all our orders and keep track of our inventory. It isn't a big industrial warehouse, just a regular house that we’ve adapted for our needs. Most of the neighbors know what we do and don't seem to mind the occasional delivery truck pulling up to the gate. We handle a variety of goods and services, depending on what our customers are looking for. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you usually talk to one of us directly when you call or stop by. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department. We just handle things as they come. Sometimes the living room gets a bit cluttered with boxes when a big shipment arrives, but we try to keep it organized. Being behind the CNG pump is actually a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It's a simple, honest way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy office.
