Aero Id

We are located at Plot No 202/3 in the Gidc Industrial Area of Pandesara. Our place is near the water tank, which is a good landmark since all the buildings in this part of the industrial estate look somewhat similar. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always a bit dusty and noisy outside with trucks moving around the corner. Inside, we have our equipment for making ID cards and other industrial printing tasks. It’s a functional space, nothing fancy at all. We have metal racks filled with blank cards and different types of lanyards. The air conditioner struggles a bit in the peak of summer because the machines give off a lot of heat when they are running. We usually have a stack of orders on the main table and someone is always checking the printer ribbons to make sure they aren't running dry. We wear regular clothes, usually just shirts and jeans, because it’s a hands-on kind of job. Sometimes a machine acts up and we have to spend half the morning with a screwdriver trying to get it back in order. We take our lunch breaks together on the small bench outside when the weather is nice. Most of our days are spent checking names and photos on the screen before they go to print. It’s a steady rhythm and we’ve been doing it here in Pandesara for quite some time now, just getting through the work.
