Setting up shop at G-32A in Belgium Square was a big move for us. Being right opposite the Linear Bus Stand means there is always noise and people running around. You can hear the buses pulling in and the conductors shouting all day long. Delhi Gate is always packed, and Ring Road is never quiet, even late at night. Begampura has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it at Ashish Mobile. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time cleaning dust off the counters because of all the traffic outside. It's a busy life here. People stop by while waiting for their bus, looking for something quick or just asking for directions. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned by doing it every day. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually our favorite part. Sometimes it gets crowded in the square, especially during the holidays. We just keep our heads down and handle the phones. It's hard work, but it’s honest. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit now, and we know most of the other shop owners around Belgium Square. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can actually talk to someone. We like the energy of the bus stand area even if it gets a bit overwhelming at times.
