We’ve been working out of our office here at 103, Sai Appartment for a good while now. It’s right in Ganesh Nagar Society, over in the Parvat Patiya area. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a busy spot but we like it. Mantra Softech India Pvt. Ltd. started because there was a need for local tech support that actually picked up the phone. We mostly deal with biometric stuff and software things that help businesses keep track of who is coming and going. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the new gadgets coming out, but we try our best to stay on top of it. The team here isn't huge, just a few of us who know the systems well. We spend a lot of time testing devices at our desks and making sure the connections work right. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with boxes and wires, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy lobbies, just a regular group of people working out of an apartment building. People around here know where to find us if their scanner stops working or if they need a new setup for their shop. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything runs like it should for the folks who rely on us. It’s been a long journey from when we first opened the doors in Parvat Patiya.
