Parth Communication

Our shop is right here in Surat. Parth Communication is the kind of place you stop by when you are already out running errands. We deal with a lot of small things like recharge vouchers, screen guards, and fixing buttons that got stuck. The shop is small and it can get crowded if more than three people come in at once. We have a lot of stuff hanging on the walls to save floor space. Surat is a big city but our neighborhood feels a bit more like a community where everyone knows who is who. We spend our days mostly sitting on high stools behind the counter. It is not glamorous work but it keeps us busy. We hear a lot of stories from the customers while they wait for their phones to charge or for a transfer to go through. The humidity in Surat can be tough some days so we have a small table fan that we keep pointed right at us. We do not have a big sign or any flashing lights to get attention. Most people just know we are here because they have been coming to us for a long time. It is a simple setup and we do not see any reason to change it. We just try to be honest with people about what can be fixed and what cannot.
