We have been running this shop in Salabatpura for quite a few years now. It is just a small place where we handle phone repairs and sell a few bits and pieces. People come in with all sorts of problems. Some have cracked screens and others have phones that just won't turn on anymore. We spend most of our time at the back bench with small tools and lights. It can get pretty cramped in here when more than two people are waiting. Salabatpura is always busy and noisy, but we like it here. We don't have any fancy displays or a big team of people. It is just us doing the work every day. Sometimes we have to tell someone their phone isn't worth fixing, which isn't fun, but we try to be honest about it. We don't do any big advertising or anything. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who know where we are. We keep a lot of old parts in drawers just in case someone needs something rare. The floor is usually a bit dusty and the desk is covered in wires. That is just how a repair shop looks when you are actually working. We don't keep strict office hours. We stay until the jobs are done for the day. It is a simple way to make a living and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside.
