You can find Vasant Realty over at Silver Point, which is right by Galaxy Circle in the Pal area. We’ve been set up in office 403 for some time now. It’s a nice part of town, though it’s definitely gotten more crowded lately. We spend our days looking at different houses and plots around here. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with people about what they’re looking for or trying to figure out the local paperwork. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the legal stuff, so we just try to take it one step at a time. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the Pal neighborhood inside out. We probably spend as much time out on the road as we do in the office. Galaxy Circle is usually a mess during rush hour, which we’ve learned the hard way. When we are in the office, it’s mostly quiet work. We don't do big flashy ads or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We like to keep things straightforward. If a place has issues, we say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to where someone is going to live. It’s just honest work for us, day in and day out, helping folks navigate the local market without too much fuss. We enjoy what we do here.
