Pabuji Developers is based in Surat, down in the Dindoli area. Our place is at P No. 219 in Laxminarayan Nagar, which is part of S. No. 344. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate. We have been working from this location for a while now, focusing on various development projects around the city. The office is pretty simple, just a place to keep the records and meet with people. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are progressing on the ground. Surat is a fast-growing place, so there is always something being built or dug up nearby. It gets quite humid here, as anyone from around here knows, so we mostly stay indoors during the peak heat. We don't go in for any of that polished business talk you see in brochures. We are just a group of people trying to manage land and building projects as best as we can. There are good days and bad days, especially when the rain hits and slows everything down to a crawl. But we just pick up where we left off the next morning. It is a steady way to make a living.
