Orange Weaving Engineering Private Limited

Our place is Shed No. 5912, tucked away on Road No. 59 in the Sachin Gidc area. If you’ve ever been down here, you know how busy the Main Road gets with all the industrial traffic. We are right near the Sutex Bank, which makes it easy to explain where we are to people visiting for the first time. The weaving machines take up most of the space inside the shed. It’s a big, high-ceilinged room that echoes when the looms are running. We spend a lot of our time checking the threads and making sure the engineering side of the weaving stays on track. It gets pretty humid inside, especially during the monsoon months. We usually have a tea break around eleven when things settle down for a minute. The staff here has been with us for a while, and we just focus on getting the orders out. There’s always a truck backing in or leaving with a load of fabric or parts. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the rhythm of it. Being in a place like Sachin Gidc means there is always someone nearby if you need a specific tool or a bit of help. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in through the main shutters and you will find someone at a desk or on the floor. It is just honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
