Omco Silk Mills Llp

Our mill, Omco Silk Mills Llp, is situated in the Umra area of Surat. We are located at TPS 5, FP 157 and 158 6 Paiki, which is right across from the Umra Smashanbhumi. It is a well-known spot, so people never have trouble finding us once we mention the landmark. We work mainly with silk weaving and other textile production. Our facility is a decent size and is filled with the sound of looms going all day long. It is definitely not a quiet place to work, but it is where all the action happens. This is a family-run business, so you will usually find one of us on the floor checking the quality of the weaving or talking to the workers. We do not have a separate office building; everything happens right here in the mill. We keep a small room for the paperwork and for sitting down to have a bit of chai in the afternoon. The Umra area has grown a lot, but we have kept our operations pretty much the same. We do not use any fancy sales tactics or have a big corporate team. Our customers usually come to us because they know the kind of work we do. We just focus on the daily production and making sure the looms are running properly. It is a simple, steady life, and we are happy to keep doing what we know best in our local community.
