OM Communication

OM Communication is located at Mahadev Estate, shop number 28, which is right on the main Varachha Road. We have been here for several years, focusing on mobile phones and everything that goes along with them. Our main work involves selling new handsets, doing recharges, and fixing phones that have stopped working properly. If you have a broken screen or a battery that won't hold a charge, we are usually the ones people around here come to see. The shop is small and practical. We have some glass cases for the phones and a small workbench in the back for the repairs. Varachha Road is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of movement and noise coming in from the street. We don't have a big team of employees. It is just a couple of us handling the customers and the technical work. We try to get the repairs done as quickly as possible, but sometimes we have to wait for a specific part to be delivered. We don't use a lot of technical jargon; we just explain what is wrong and how we can fix it. Most of our customers work in the nearby estates or live in the surrounding blocks. It’s a simple, honest business. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush is over. We like the fast pace of the area and the people we meet every day.
