NSB BUILDCON LLP

NSB BUILDCON LLP is based in Surat at a place called Capital Status. We are up on the 5th floor in unit B-501. The building is quite near Hariom Nagar in the Choryasi area. It’s a good location for a buildcon business because we are close to a lot of new development happening in Gujarat. The zip code here is 395009. We have a fair amount of space in our office but it usually feels full because of all the blueprints and documents we keep. The elevator ride to the fifth floor is where we usually meet the other people working in the building. Surat is a fast city and you can feel that energy even inside Capital Status. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have going on. The team is small and we all know each other well. There is usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get things done. Being near Hariom Nagar means we have some decent places to eat nearby too. It's a practical place for us to run the business. We have been here for a bit and plan to stay for as long as the work keeps coming in. Most of our days are spent checking schedules and talking to contractors.
