Nirman Architects

You can find us over at the International Trade Center on Ring Road. We're in office C/610, right near Majura Gate. It's a pretty central location, so there's always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but it's where things happen in Surat. We've been doing architecture work here for some time. Our office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and sticky notes. We spend a lot of time on the computer or out at sites checking on how things are coming along. We aren't really into big speeches about design philosophy. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the building stands up and looks right. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to get the permits sorted out. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other days we're stuck waiting on someone to call us back. That’s just the reality of the business. We work with all sorts of people looking to build something new or fix up an old place. Being on the Ring Road means we get to see a lot of the city's growth firsthand. It’s a decent place to work from. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping up with the deadlines. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. There’s no fancy corporate talk here, just people trying to get their building projects finished on time.
