Nimish Choksi Architects

If you’re looking for Nimish Choksi Architects, we are located right on Ring Road over in the Shankeshwar Darshan building. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know Bhattipada Road at all. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of materials scattered around. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over what needs to be drafted for the week. It’s a local operation, nothing too loud or flashy. We mostly deal with building designs and the technical side of making a house actually work. Some days are slow and we just sit and sketch, while other days are a total rush with people coming in and out. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from Ring Road, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. We’ve been at this for some time. There isn’t a whole lot of corporate stuff going on here. We just like to draw and see things get built properly. Usually, we are here from Monday through Saturday. Sometimes we forget to close on time if a project is getting interesting. It’s just how we work. The space we have isn't very large but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we do every day. We know the local builders and how things work around here, which helps get things through. It keeps us on our toes most days.
