Down in Kadampalli Kharalwadi, Pimpri, you'll find us at Nilkanth Mobile Care. Pune 1 2 is the area, and it stays pretty lively around here. The shop is small and tucked away, but we like it that way. It's mostly just mobile phones coming through the door. Screens, batteries, software issues—we see it all. Sometimes it feels like everyone in Pune has a broken phone. I keep my tools on a little wooden desk near the window. The light there is the best for seeing the small parts inside the phones. My hands get a bit dirty from the work, but I don't mind. I’ve been doing this for a while now. The neighborhood is a mix of all kinds of people, and I’ve gotten to know many of them. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a coffee machine. Usually, people just stand by the counter or wait outside if the weather is nice. It is a very basic setup. I try to get things done as fast as I can, but some jobs take longer than others. That is the reality of repair work. You never really know what you're going to find until you open the case up. It’s a quiet life, mostly. Just me, the phones, and the sounds of Pimpri outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
