Nilkanth Infracon Private Limited is our small company based in the Katargam area of Surat. We have a shop space, number 5, in the Newshivranjani Complex. It’s located in Ishvar Nagar, specifically on the plots numbered 21 to 29 of survey 504. Katargam is a very crowded and active part of the city, so there is never a dull moment around here. We’ve been working out of this shop for a while, dealing with various infrastructure and construction tasks. Our space is not very big, but it’s enough for our small team to meet and get our paperwork sorted. We spend most of our time out on sites anyway. Construction is a messy business and we often come back to the office with dust on our boots. We don't mind it much because it means we are actually working. There are plenty of other shops in the complex, so it’s a lively environment. Finding us can be a bit tricky because the numbering in Katargam is sometimes confusing, but once you find Ishvar Nagar, we are easy to spot. We just focus on doing our work and getting things finished for our clients. We aren't into big speeches or fancy promises. We just tell you what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of running a business but it works for us. We've lived in Surat our whole lives and we just want to keep working here.
