Our place is Office No. M 32 and 33 over at Silver Point on Bhatar Road. Surat is a city that never really stops, and Bhatar Road is one of those places that stays busy from morning until late at night. As NIDEESHWAR DEVELOPERS LLP, we spend most of our time looking at sites and dealing with the usual headaches that come with development work. The office at Silver Point is where we do all the planning and talk to the people who are actually putting the bricks together. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We have two units, 32 and 33, which gives us enough room to spread out our drawings and keep the files organized. Surat gets really hot, and the humidity can be something else, so we are glad for the shade in the office. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us and the work we have in front of us. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on how the progress is going at various locations. We’ve been around Bhatar Road for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent cup of tea when the afternoon slump hits. Developing property in a city like this means you have to be patient with the traffic and the paperwork. We just try to get things done without too much fuss or extra worry.
