We are based in Surat, over in the Vesu area. Our office is number 203 on the second floor of the Sns Arista building. It’s right in that Rundh-Vesu-Magdalla stretch which has been growing like crazy lately. We handle reality stuff, mostly helping people find apartments or commercial spaces in this part of town. Surat is a busy city and Vesu is where a lot of the new action is. We spend our days going between the office and various building sites. Sns Arista is a nice enough building, though the elevators get crowded around lunchtime. We’re a pretty small operation. It’s just us and a couple of assistants handling the files and answering the door. We don't go for the corporate polish. We’d rather just sit down and talk about what a property is actually worth. There’s a lot of paperwork with the local authorities, and we handle that so our clients don't have to deal with the stress. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands.
