Our office is on the fifth floor of the New Sardar Trader Market, specifically at shop 3007. It’s located on the Puna Kumbhariya Road in Surat, which is a legendary spot for traffic and trade. Getting up to the fifth floor can be a bit of an exercise if you don't want to wait for the lifts, which are usually packed with people and goods. The market is a world of its own, really. You have thousands of shops all crammed together, and the energy is just intense every single day. We run Nath Narayan Polytex Private Limited from this small shop space. It’s packed with samples and ledgers, and there’s barely enough room for three people to sit comfortably sometimes. But it’s where all the decisions happen. Outside the door, you can hear the shouting of the loaders and the constant movement of trolleys. The air is always filled with the smell of new fabric and diesel from the road. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It’s a gritty, fast-paced environment and it’s definitely not for everyone, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just have our reputation in the market and our shop on the fifth floor. It’s a simple, honest way to do business in the heart of Surat.
